Our Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed to operate within the specified frequency ranges and power ranges as specified on their individual
specification sheets.
All our products are tested with the latest network analyzer available from Hewlett Packard (Agilent Technologies)
which is calibrated by Hewlett Packard and guaranteed to operate within its design specifications.
Our products are guaranteed
against defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from data of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented with
all claims.
Our products are NOT guaranteed against any occurrence outside our control, including, but not limited to, misuse,
the application of excess power, faulty installation, lightning, wind, or any other situation or condition outside the design specification
causing the product to fail.
If any product shows signs of misuse or tampering, or if any labels have been removed or tampered
with, the guarantee will be void.
All repairs done on products outside the warranty period will be charged on a time and material
basis.
Radio Frequency Industries (Pty) Ltd. does not accept any liability for damages or injury cause by our products, either
directly or indirectly, as we have no control over the final installation and use of these products by customers.
